Taster Days at Fareham College

Our Taster Days are a great way for you to discover what life at Fareham College is like and will help you decide which full time course you should choose. Results from a recent survey demonstrated that for nearly all of our current students, a Taster Day helped them to make their decision to study here.

Attending a Taster Day means you will:

  • Be able to try out subjects you are interested in

  • Meet lecturers from your chosen courses

  • Meet students and experience the social life at the College

  • Have an opportunity to ask any questions

  • Receive all the help and support you need in order to make an informed choice about your future

We offer specific Taster Days for students studying at the following schools; Bay House, Bridgemary, Brookfield, Brune Park, Cams Hill, Crofton, Fareham Academy, Henry Cort, Portchester, Swanmore, Wildern.

Please contact us or talk to your teacher if you would like further information about your school’s Taster Day.

If you do not attend one of the above schools, you will still have the opportunity to come along for a visit at our general Taster Days. Dates for these will be available from September 2017.

Please note: If you are currently at school then permission will be required from your parent/guardian for you to attend the Taster Day and your school should be notified.
