The Additional Support Team provides cross-college support to students on all courses and at all levels. This can be in class and on a one to one basis.

The team supports students who may be in need of additional assistance with their studies. A range of support is offered, including English, Mathematics, study skills, essay writing and many more.

The Study Centre offers a quiet area where students can work in an relaxed and highly supportive atmosphere.

Specialist tuition is also available for students with specific learning difficulties, such as dyslexia and dyspraxia.

We can also support those who are hard of hearing and have visual or physical impairments. Specialist assistive technology and equipment is available to support students in their studies. Fareham College's Ofsted Inspection stated that the additional support provided was 'very effective' and that the service offered 'good support for students with dyslexia'.
