With 2,100 full time and 1,000 part time learners, Fareham College is the pre-eminent provider of further education and professional training in the Fareham and Gosport Area. We provide a wide range of vocational, academic, and occupational courses to 16–19 year-old students and to adult learners.
We have recently achieved the Gold Investors in People Award, which recognises our high emphasis on people management and development practice, and our commitment to improving productivity and performance through better staff management.
"Achieving the Gold award for Investors in People is a real accolade for the College; it recognises the importance of our staff and the fantastic contribution that they make to the lives and futures of the students that study at our College. I am immensely proud of this achievement and consider it a tribute to our College and all the staff that work here." Nigel Duncan, Principal and Chief Executive.
“This is a brilliant college and it has given me opportunities to take on my new post. It has taken on board my aspirations.”
“I aspire to be like my boss. She communicates with us all the time. I teach with her on a Wednesday and she is amazing. She is passionate about the job, and this rubs off on us.”
“We are all encouraged to be leaders in our own right. This is because we all have some kind of responsibility in our jobs.”
In promoting equal opportunities, applications are welcome from all sections of the community.
Fareham College is committed to safeguarding and promotes the welfare of all learners and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
