Application Process
All Applicants are required to complete the following 3 forms when applying for any job role within the College: a Personal Details Form, an Application For Employment Form and an Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form. Each of these are explained below.
Personal Details Form
During recruitment the 'Personal Details' form is kept separately from the 'Application for Employment Form' whilst short-listing is taking place, thus ensuring that any recruitment decisions are based on a job applicants' skills and competencies only.
When completing your 'Application For Employment Form', please refer to the job description and person specification and ensure that you have provided details and examples skills and experience you have to meet each of the required criteria.
Application For Employment Form
The details you provide on this form will be used to decide whether to invite you to attend an interview. It is therefore important that you provide full details. Please continue on to additional sheets if required and attach them securely to your application form. Curriculum Vitaes (CVs) are not accepted and if a CV is attached to your application form, regretfully this will be un-attached and will not be considered.

Please return your signed and completed Application Pack back to us, quoting the vacancy reference number. You can do this in one of three ways:
- E-mail your Application Pack to recruitment@fareham.ac.uk
- Send your Application Pack to Human Resources Department, Fareham College, Bishopsfield Road, Fareham, Hampshire, PO14 1NH
- Hand in your Application Pack at the College Reception, marked for the attention of the Human Resources Department
