Andy Harris, student and musician

Former Fareham College student Andy Harris is causing quite a stir in the London music scene at the moment. He plays bass guitar for up and coming band The Irrepressibles, who earlier this year released their debut EP, My Witness.

The ex-Brookfield Community School pupil studied the BTEC National Diploma in Popular Music at Fareham College and now lives in London with three other former Fareham College students who he met on the course.

He is in his final year at Westminster University where he is studying towards a degree in Commercial Music.

The Irrepressibles have received rave reviews for their EP, and have been described by one critic as an orchestral version of Muse. For more information about the band, visit www.theirrepressibles.info.
