Fareham College’s Bishopsfield Road campus provides an outstanding learning environment for the students based here. With £16 million of investment, Fareham’s students have access to excellent facilities, the latest technologies and curriculum-based equipment to support some of the best technical and professional teaching in Hampshire.
A range of courses are delivered at our Bishopsfield Road campus, including art, design, photography, fashion, graphic design, performing arts, music, creative media, Â hospitality and catering, beauty and hairdressing, specialist make-up, travel, construction, business, computing and digital industries, health and social care, science, education and childcare, sport and uniformed public services.

An evolving, modern campus
The layout is based around a contemporary outdoor courtyard, surrounded by glass-fronted studios, workshops, laboratories and general-purpose teaching spaces. The central block of Fareham College is an impressive and modern open-plan mall. Naturally lit by skylights, with vibrant cafés and social areas, the College offers a bright and buzzing atmosphere. There is clear signposting throughout the campus, so the College is easy to navigate. The campus is close to the M27 if travelling by car. On-site parking is available, including motorbike and dedicated disabled parking. Students wishing to bring their own vehicle can apply for a free parking permit.
Travelling by bus
The campus is easily accessible via bus, with bus stops adjacent to the campus and the main Fareham bus station is just a 20-minute walk away. Students with bus passes will be able to use them throughout the entire First Bus network.
Travelling by train
Fareham Train Station is a five-minute walk away from the Bishopsfield Road campus, and on the main line between Portsmouth and Southampton.
Travelling by bike
Secure, covered cycle racks are available at all our locations and the College is well connected via cycle paths.
