Hospitality & Catering students learn the ropes in our on-site Avenue 141 Restaurant which is open to the public. Every student will gain hands-on experience in an active, commercial environment supported by well-equipped state-of-the-art kitchens & industry-leading tuition.
Courses will prepare Student for a terrific career in the industry. Graduates go on to perform a number of industry-related roles including: Commis Chef, Restaurant Food/Beverage Assistant, Chef De Partie, Chef De Cuisine, Sous Chef, Restaurant Manager, Hotel Manager, Conference & Banqueting Management, Front of House & Event Management.
Uniform and course material are essential requirements on each course. You will need to purchase protective catering clothing to comply with Health & Safety standards in the kitchen. A list of professional clothing will be supplied at your application interview.
