Fee Payments
If your course fee is less than £500 full payment is now due.
Where fees exceed £500 you may opt to pay fees via instalments, an initial payment of at least £250 is now due. Following receipt of your payment our Finance Department will contact you to confirm the due dates of future instalments, we can offer up to three additional payments.Â
Loan Applications
If your course qualifies for an Advanced Learner Loan or Higher Education Loan and you wish to submit a loan application to pay your course fee, please email finance@fareham.ac.uk and simply quote: ‘LOAN / YOUR NAME / COURSE NAME’ in the subject field.Â
Our Finance Department will reply with the details required to complete your loan application.Â
Fee Exemptions**
If you are in receipt of a low income (personal income less than £20,319) or receive a benefit such as Universal Credit, or you depend financially on someone who does, you may be entitled to have your fees waived.Â
In addition, the College can offer adults over 19 fee exemptions where an eligible learner is studying a qualifying course for:Â
Their first full level 2 or level 3 qualification
A Free Courses for Jobs (FCFJ) level 3 programme (age 24 applicable)Â
If you are eligible for fee remission (i.e. you do not pay course fees), please submit your remission evidence by clicking on the button below.
** Fee exemption evidence must be dated no later than 3 months prior to the start date of the course.
*On the very rare occasion, we have had to refuse an applicant due to certain circumstances, please make sure all information you have provided and continue to provide is accurate for a smooth application and enrolment process.
