Unlike some training providers, we have access to a wide range of funding, so we can get you the best value for your budget. We can source funding for you and often fill out most of the paperwork, leaving you to focus on your business. We are government approved to run the apprenticeship service, allowing you access to fully funded courses to home grow your own workforce. We also offer a free recruitment service, matching candidates to jobs and can offer a range of pre-employment courses free of charge.

A One-Stop Shop

With the support of a large further education college which delivers to thousands of students every year, we can offer a wide range of training programmes to cover most industries. This means you won’t have to source lots of different niche providers to meet your needs. Many of our courses can be customised to your needs or we can develop a course from scratch. If we can’t help you, we will put you in touch with someone who can.

We would welcome the opportunity to come and talk to you about your training requirements. To arrange an appointment please call our Employer Services Team on 01329 815 153 or email

Funding & Finance

One of Fareham College’s strengths is our knowledge of and access to different funding streams to support your business. We can help you complete paperwork to take advantage of various offers and incentives, minimising the red tape.

Apprentices aged 16-18 are fully funded and we charge a small fee for over 19’s. There is also a grant of £1,500 available for small employers looking to take on an apprentice for the first time.

Our experienced team can help you look at the Apprenticeship Levy which comes into force from April 17 and look at how you can make the different funding work for your business. Call the team on 01329 815153 or email to make an information appointment or book into one of our briefing events.

As the local experts in Apprenticeship funding and the upcoming Apprenticehip Levy, we are here to help. Talk to someone in our experienced team about how this funding can work for your business.
