The training options we offer are broad, from 1-day workshops, to full two year accredited qualifications. As well as our range of scheduled courses, we can also design bespoke training courses to meet the needs of your business and employees.

Training can be provided in the workplace or at one of Fareham College’s 3 award-winning campuses, and some courses are available to complete remotely through an on-line learning service.

The Professional Development Centre

Our Professional Development Centre provides an inspiring environment in which learners can undertake the theoretical study needed to expand their skills and excel in their career.

Located in a dedicated area of the College, the Centre is exclusively for the use of adult learners studying professional courses with us, including management, accounting, human resources, care, education and training.

The Centre offers well-equipped classrooms, conference rooms, study lounges and IT suites to provide the optimum setting in which to receive high-quality training, complete self-directed study and network with other learners.

We run various industry events, networking meetings and masterclasses within the Professional Development Centre, all designed to enhance delegate’s management skills, leadership styles, and understanding of the fundamentals of business operation.


Depending on the subject area and specific qualification, all professional development and part-time courses are delivered at our BRC, CEMAST and CETC campuses.

All learners will have the use of the College’s range of impressive facilities, including the Learning Resource Centre and on-site Gym 141. They will also have access to a variety of software applications to support their training as needed, including free access to Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud and specialist online platforms and electronic resources relating to their specific course.
