Our Senior Leadership Team comprises of the Principal and CEO, two Deputy Principals who are responsible for Finance, Funding and Resources and Curriculum, Quality and Innovation and a Managing Director Business and Partnerships with responsibility for employer engagement, Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Sector-Based Work Academies (SWAPS) and End-Point Assessment (EPA).
Fareham College has a Corporation comprising 16 members which guide and monitor the strategic direction of the College, its financial position and the quality of service it provides to learners and the community.

The Corporation set the mission and strategic direction of the College, scrutinising performance against key objectives, acting as a ‘critical friend’.
There are 3 main sub-committees which each take responsibility for looking into a particular area in more depth. These Committees are;

The Corporation has adopted the Code of Good Governance for English Colleges and the College’s Senior Post Holder Remuneration Code – both established best practice standards within the sector.

We are looking to make a time-limited amendment to our Instrument and Articles for the purposes of a proposed merger with Colleges in the local area. The suggested change can be found here. A consultation period of 2 weeks will be held.
